I hope you can perhaps help in a Pink Floyd/Indianapolis related query.
I’m trying to establish whether or not PF played two shows at the Hoosier Dome in November 1987. Many reliable sources are adamant that there was only the one show on 12th Nov, but many other very reliable sources state there were two shows, ie. 11th and 12th.
Of course there could have been two shows booked with the first one cancelled. Or there could have been two shows which actually took place. (I actually have a nice scan of the ticket for the 12th which I’d be happy to let you have a copy of if interested).
As you went to the show on the 12th (and Pontiac Silverdome I see on 10th) and seem local to the area can you shed any light on any of this? Anything from the local press about a show on the 11th being cancelled would be very useful . Any help would be greatly appreciated.
