Regarding Rammstein Dec 1995, Berlin, Loft: The original Loft was a small venue (capacity ~ 600) with a low ceiling. A relatively small-scaled pyro show was already in place, including the burning coat during Rammstein, which might have been the concluding song or the one before the encores.
I still have the entry ticket: 18 DM pre-sale, 22 DM at the venue (about 9 & 11 EUR)!

Regarding the Rammstein concert in Behringen 1995: they played only Herzeleid songs but I can't remember which one and the sequence. The pyro show already exists but only 4 or 5 fire pillars between stage and crowd. Very simple. They played with no costumes but from beginning with bare torso.

Gonna combine 2019 and 2022 to the same tour since it really is just different legs of the same tour is just a statement which is your opinion.
