Hi. Do you know if there has been any update to the topic raised about me on the forum? I've tried everything, I even sent an email, but nothing is enough. I am the only user who has been trying to unlock the account in all this time. It's like they're just trying to make me tired and give up

I'm very grateful for that. Thank you very much, really. This kind of thing won't happen again. My intention here is just to keep the site updated as best as possible. This is what I have been doing for 2 years. All I want is to contribute again here. I know I can be much better than this.

Hey, I'm sorry for bothering you that weekend and I hate to bother you again, but today it's been exactly a month since I was able to edit and I still have no answers. Some mods don't get involved because they don't know the case.

Please, maybe you could speak to the mod who blocked me so they can weigh in on giving me a chance to edit again? Or at least he could analyze my case? I talk, but no one cares. During this month I saw two people trying to talk to mods through new accounts so they could unblock the old accounts and then the comments disappeared because they probably deleted the accounts but I'm still here waiting without new accounts.

Look, even if I can't make edits, my biggest concern at the moment is keeping setlist.fm updated. For some reason, there are some specific "slightly less famous" artists that only I was creating the setlists and updating them with valid sources, and since I was blocked from editing, no other users created any setlists. I'm talking about 20 to 25 setlists from various artists that still need to be created. As they are bands that play shows for few people, it is difficult to find valid sources to edit the setlists after a long time. All I need is another chance. Any mod can see my edit history and will not see a single malicious edit. I understand if you don't want to get involved in this and I don't want you to jeopardize your position as a roadie because of me, it's just that this is just an annoying situation that I don't know what else to say or do about and you're still the only one who has given me some hope.

thanks for the heads up! I thought about doing that earlier today but got distracted by other troll issues ;) If the ghosting troll keeps making fake edits we'll eventually end up with more locked setlists.

Yes, I shouldn't have gotten involved in this. And I never encouraged anyone to make new accounts here. It's just an "old habit" that I have of trying to help people, but I know that not everyone here has good intentions and I know that mods deal with these types of situations on a daily basis and that it's very hard to believe that people just reading usernames and without knowing the person behind them, so I respect what they decided. I'm not sure my edit history counts positively in a case like this. I just wanted a chance to make edits again. I'm not sure how the mods rate me here, but I know I never intended to harm the site and I know I'm not a troll and I can still contribute a lot here. And I hope no one deletes this account because I can't make edits right now, because I uploaded a lot of setlists printed in the comments of several setlists so that people who went to the show could download and keep as a "souvenir" and it would be a shame if all this was lost :(

I understand. That was an unfortunate comment from me and I immediately apologized to kfinch. It was never my intention here to encourage anyone to create new accounts (on the contrary, I report numerous trolls here frequently and they are always the same with different accounts). But the mod warned me on my profile and I didn't repeat the mistake again. The next day, I still managed to make some edits and then my account was tagged with a bot. Was that the reason? I don't even know which moderator blocked my account. Could I still edit again here? I've always enjoyed making edits here and I've never had any problems. And I'm definitely NOT going to create a new account. Does this count positively? :(

Hey, I'm trying to get in contact with kfinch but he keeps ignoring me, do you have any ideas why? I don't want to sound rude and I am absolutely not trying to make out kfinch as a bad person, but none of my requests for some answers at my questions (mostly VNV Nation related) went unanswered.

I just want answers and I don't know why I'm not getting any (I'm realising that sounds a little selfish, but it has been a day or two, maybe there's too much? If so, please let me know! I don't want to be another thorn in someone's back).

I updated the demo on discogs a long while back. The name is 'Anata No Ai De Manshitsu-chū', (possibly mis-romanised but is a close aproximation).
It's an official release before joining a label (has its own album art).

What about the official demo release that came before the live album? I would assume demos are not considered at all?

My rule of thumb here is that whatever English is written on the back of the box of the album is the title that should be used on here. In theory it should lead to the least confusion.

Other anomalies- someone changed ‘Bakuro Book’ to ‘Ai no bakuro book ~bakuro book~’ because of the EP, despite Itekoma Hits just listing as Bakuro Book on musicbrainz. I think this should be changed back as no one refers to it with such a long winded title.

‘Chu Chu Song’ falls under a live album currently, despite the song having a studio version, but does not appear on any other album (digital studio single) My view is that it should be album-less and fall under ‘other’. Or have its own single as category but don’t know if that’s possible.

Regarding your recent Otoboke Beaver updates, specifically about the song Ikezu having its album grouping changed to Itekoma Hits. I put forward this request many times in the past and each was rejected.

If you are changing Ikezu, you also must change Love is short, Bakuro book, S’il Vous plait, …late date’ and Introduct me to your family - as these are all currently listed under EPs rather than an album.

Thanks for responding! I had made an edit to the text of the report after sending it and out of nowhere it disappeared, so I sent it again. But after a while the report reappeared there, so I asked a moderator to delete the duplicate. I was afraid they would think I was flooding the forum because of the size of the text and the times I sent it, but everything was resolved. Thanks again :)

the mod reverted Axl's comment about Sorry in a different setlist, first claiming there was no evidence, and upon being presented evidence, moving the goalpost to it being "irrelevant". whatever, the big thing is having the proper song names on the setlist.

your comment on the forum tracks with SetlistFM history. i'm aware that nobody tracks the chinese democracy tours like i do, but i'm going through my personal archive of every show from that tour.
