Basically some person decided because he played it w/ Julin early on that it was their cover. Best I can figure. It's not ideal but the way setlist.fm works. If I could I would remove it.

I had listed as such and it was changed to the cover. I'll switch it back at the end of the show. Someone else changed it.

Sounds reasonable to me. I think the only reason the admins chose the current guidelines is because most Canadian setlists had been added with the country name instead of the province name at that point.

Actually, the guidelines are not American-made; I'm pretty sure the administrators of site are located in Europe.

Sorry, but the guidelines specify [location], [city], [country] for non-US venues.
