It cant'be fixed by a normal user like the two of us. But below the setlist there is "Report setlist" and clicking on it you can chose what should be done and sombody with higher rights will take care.

On 2007-11-14, The Police were scheduled to perform at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The concert was postponed and rescheduled for 2008-07-29.

So even you have the ticket: Are you really sure the concert took place on this specific date and wasn't postponed?

You asked if I had a recording of a concert, but I don't know which one you're referencing. (Sorry if I'm missing something obvious; I'm new here).

I see you already answered twice on your own profile page to a question which is nowhere to be seen.
Also the insult you write on https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/joe-jackson/1979/bijou-cafe-philadelphia-pa-5bc0c7f8.html#sfmsesg7bd1c2a8 doesn't help at all. Just click on the link you first mentioned, you will see it doesn't work.
In the comment below you also call someone jackass, even if you're correct, this is no way to treat someone and call each other names.
Even more helpfull to other users, roadies, moderators and administrators would be that you put a link to the concert date http://jj-archive.net/setlists/setl_lst.html#1979-04-24 so one doesn't have to search for it.
