Our girl Mandy Moore made our day today by announcing a massive North American tour! If you're missing her like candy, then find comfort in the fact that the singer-songwriter has set several dates for the spring of 2020 for her first major tour in over a DECADE!
“It’s been over a decade since I’ve hit the road but I am thrilled to put together an intimate, elevated evening of new and old tunes, performed with a superb group of musicians,” Moore said in a statement. “I want the show to have threads of what the writing and recording process was like with this band, almost like you’ve been invited in our living room for an inside glimpse. It just feels good to be sharing this side of me again in its purest form, a real side of me I have been itching to put back into the universe.”
Moore's last album release was 2009's Amanda Leigh, but earlier this year she released two brand new singles, "When I Wasn't Watching" and "I'd Rather Lose."
The tour will kickoff March 20th in Pittsburgh, and wrap up May 9th in Denver, and will see support from folk singer Bedouine on the first half of the tour, and Madison Cunningham on the second half! General on-sale for the tickets will go on sale Friday, November 22nd at 10:00 a.m. local. Tour dates are mapped out below!
