Happy Birthday Scott Weiland - See Last Live Set with Wildabouts

Scott Weiland passed away tragically in 2015 at the age of 48. Today, October 27th, would have been his 53rd birthday.

Weiland graced the music world as the singer of Stone Temple Pilots from 1989 to 2002, and then again from 2008 til 2013. He was also the lead vocalist of Velvet Revolver. In honor of his legacy, we're looking back at Weiland's last show with his solo band The Wildabouts, which occurred on December 1, 2015 in Toronto, just two days before he passed away.

The show took place at Adelaide Hall, in the midst of the North American Tour. That night they played a 16-song setlist that featured seven STP songs, including the concert's opening track "Crackerman." The rest of the set carried songs off of the band's one album, Blaster.

Other STP songs they performed included "Meatplow," "Big Bang Baby," "Vasoline," and "Dead & Bloated." They also covered David Bowie's "The Jean Genie." The encore featured three songs and it included Velvet Revolver's "Do It For the Kids" before playing the last Song Weiland would performed live - STP's "Unglued."
