2019 Voodoo Music Experience: Guns N' Roses, Post Malone, More

It may have been raining, but festival-goers didn't let the weather get them down at this year's Voodoo Music + Arts Experience (aka Voodoo Fest) in New Orleans.
Thousands flocked to City Park in costumes to celebrate the annual Halloween-inspired festival. Voodoo Fest is known for hosting artists of all genres, and this year was no different with performances by Guns N' Roses, Post Malone, Beck, The National, Young the Giant, Clairo, Denzel Curry, Bishop Briggs and more.

October 25

The festival opened up with performances by SNAILS, Big Gigantic, Hobo Johnson & the Lovemakers and Interpol, with a headlining performance by Guns N' Roses.

GNR took to the Altar Stage with a 26-song set consisting of 22 songs with a four-song encore. They opened with "It's So Easy," before getting into hits like "Welcome to the Jungle," "Double Talkin' Jive," "Dead Horse," "Sweet Child O' Mine" and "November Rain."
Covers included Wings' "Live and Let Die," Velvet Revolver's "Slither," Misfits' "Attitude," Jimmy Webb's "Wichita Lineman," Bob Dylan's "Knockin' on Heaven's Door," Soundgarden's "Black Hole Sun" and The Who's "The Seeker."

Interpol

Interpol graced the Wisner Stage with a 14-song set. The NYC rockers played new songs "Complications," "If You Really Love Nothing," "Stay in Touch" and "The Rover" from their newest album, 2018's Marauder.
They also performed fan-favorites like "Narc," "Slow Hands" and "Obstacle 1."

October 26

Clairo, Japanese Breakfast, ZHU, The National and The Glitch Mob were just some of the many highlights from Day 2. Beck closed out the night with a 17-song set.

Beck headlined the second day – taking the Altar (Presented by Verizon) Stage.
Highlights included Guero songs "Black Tambourine," "E-Pro," "Girl," "Go It Alone" and "Qué Onda Güero" as well as Colors tracks "Dear Life," "Dreams," "Up All Night" and "Wow."
He closed out his set with a medley of "Where It's At," "One Foot," "Good Times," "Cissy Cut," "Once in a Lifetime" and "Night Running."

The National

The National also made an appearance on the Altar Stage. The band highlighted songs from their newest installment, I Am Easy To Find, such as "Hey Rosey," "Light Years," "Rylan," "Where Is Her Head" and "You Had Your Soul With You."
Also included in their 13-song set: "Bloodbuzz Ohio," "Mr. November" and "Terrible Love."

October 27

Day 3 included performances by Big Wild, REZZ, Missio, Sheck West and Bring Me The Horizon with a headlining performance by Post Malone.

Post Malone

Post Malone may not be good at goodbyes, but he sure knows how to put on a live show.
The rapper opened his 16-song set with "Wow.," and played a good mixture of his new album Hollywood's Bleeding ("Circles," "Sunflower," "Take What You Want," "Goodbyes," "Hollywood's Bleeding") and his sophomore effort beerbongs & bentleys ("Better Now," "Candy Paint," "Over Now," "Paranoid," "Psycho" and "rockstar").
