Interpol and Morrissey are touring North America together!
The joint tour kicked off September 5 at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland and is scheduled to wrap up October 6 at Pechanga Arena FKA in San Diego. Interpol tacked on a few extra solo dates, which you can check out below.
Interpol are promoting a lot of new music – including last year's full-length, Marauder, as well as their recent EP, A Fine Mess – but the NYC rockers are also celebrating a milestone.
It's been 15 years since the band released their seminal sophomore effort, Antics – which features tracks "Evil," "Slow Hands" and "Narc"– and they're honoring the feat with a re-issue, due September 27!
So Interpol fans, you can only imagine how epic their live shows must be right now. The Paul Banks, Daniel Kessler and Sam Fogarino trio – joined by touring members Brandon Curtis and Brad Truax – have been touring with their Marauder material for over a year now, and are still surprising us with their live performances.

On this leg, Interpol have opened with "Pioneer to the Falls" and "Untitled" so far.
On their previous Marauder legs over the summer and last year, they'd opened with "C'mere," "Not Even Jail," "Number 10" and "Public Pervert."

The band has been back and forth between "Slow Hands" and "Obstacle 1."

Sometimes! In 2019, they've performed one encore 39 times, no encore 29 times and two encores once!
The band's most recent encore consisted of songs "Take You on a Cruise," "Narc" and "Obstacle 1."

In 2019, they've played "Evil" 71 times, "C'mere" and "If You Really Love Nothing" 70 times and "Slow Hands" 69 times.
Other frequently played songs include "Rest My Chemistry," "The Rover," "All the Rage Back Home," "Public Pervert," "Obstacle 1" and "Roland."
What other songs do they play?
Fans have heard a lot of "The Heinrich Maneuver," "NYC," "Stay in Touch" and "The New," in addition to those previously mentioned tracks!
How long is their set?
Since they've been touring with Morrissey, Interpol have been keeping their sets relatively short. They've been playing about 13-15 songs per night.
