Odds The Who Play These Songs Live on 2019 Moving On Tour!

Kicking off the second leg of their Moving On Tour at the start of the month, The Who has continued to wow fans around North America with their orchestra-inspired show. As if seeing one of the greatest rock bands of all time isn’t enough on its own, The Who has brought out all the stops for their 2019 tour, including live debuting unreleased songs off of their upcoming album. Check out a recent setlist here!

The Who Setlist @ Blossom Music Center 2019

Set to release their first studio album since 2006, The Who has slowly introduced new songs onto their Moving On setlist since Wembley back in July. However, while fans are dying to hear any sort of sound off of the album, there have been a few missing songs off of The Who’s 2019 setlists.

Although the orchestral tour has provided fans with an entirely new experience, we can’t help but hold onto The Who’s roots when it comes to our tour and setlist fantasies. And while we can’t have all of our setlist wishes granted, we have used Setlist.fm data to determine the true probabilities of The Who playing some of our favorite songs by tour's end. Check out all of the odds here!

"My Generation" (1965)

Last played back in October 2017, The Who's third most-played song live has yet to make an appearance on this tour. However, having played the song live 852 times, the probability that it shows up on the setlist by the end of this tour is 49.4%!

"Christmas" (1969)

Played throughout their 2017 tour run, "Christmas" is a secret fan favorite off of Tommy that The Who has only performed 62 times live. Although the probability of it being performed on this tour is 6.0%, there is still a lingering hope of its 2019 existence.

Untitled

"Naked Eye" (1971)

Also last heard in 2017, the Who's Next hit has been performed 240 times since its release back in 1971. With that in mind, the probability that we hear it by the end of this tour is 23.5%!

Untitled

"Bargain" (1971)

Performed exactly the same number of times as "Naked Eye," (240) this Who's Next counterpart hasn't been played live since September 2017. However, our fingers are crossed for a potential appearance on this tour. The likelihood of its addition to the Moving On setlist is 25.5%.

"Quadrophenia" (1973)

Surprisingly enough, the title track off of their 1973 studio album Quadrophenia has only been performed live 125 times. Furthermore, it hasn't been heard sine July 2013, making its odds of showing up on this tour's setlist 26.5%.
