Vampire Weekend kicked off the second leg of their North American Tour in support of their latest album Father of the Bride on August 16th in Oklahoma City. This comes a month after touring around Europe and the UK.
Over the weekend, VW performed lengthy 26-30 song sets that gave fans more than their fill. Each night, they opened with a different song, which have been on rotation the entire tour: "Sympathy," "Flower Moon," and "Bambina."
The opening show fired things off in a big way, with a whopping 30 song, career sprawling setlist. During their 4-song encore, they played two songs by request, which ended up being "Ya Hey" and "Diplomat's Son."

On August 17th in Houston, they live debuted "Houston, Dubai" seven songs in. This song is a bonus track on the Japanese version of FOTB. Watch them performing it below:
The 26-song setlist also included a rendition of Bruce Springsteen's "I'm Goin' Down." They did a song by request once again for the encore, but just one, "Ottoman."
Last night, August 18th in Irving, Texas, they performed a cover of Crowded House's "Don't Dream It's Over" to close out the main set before they came back out for a 5-song encore that included an audience request of "Finger Back."
