See Setlist Predictions for Stone Temple Pilots Fall 2019 Tour!

Returning to the music scene last year, Stone Temple Pilots have continued to make themselves heard in the music world after hiring new frontman, Jeff Gutt. Releasing their first full studio album in almost a decade last March, founding members Dean DeLeo (guitar), Robert DeLeo (bass), and Eric Kretz (drums) are ensuring that their legendary music and undeniable sound lives on despite the tragic passing of both former frontmen Scott Weiland in 2015 and Chester Bennington in 2017.

Following the release of Stone Temple Pilots (2018 Album) in the Spring of 2018, the grunge rockers hit the road for the first time in three years to promote the new music and perform the classics for fans around the world. Keeping on their own heels, they have continued to tour with few breaks since the start of the year. Most recently wrapping on a tour through Europe in June, the band is eager to get back out on the road with fellow rock band Rival Sons.

Shortly after the tour announcement in May, STP guitarist Dean DeLeo released a statement saying:

“We are thrilled about this tour and grateful to share these upcoming shows with Rival Sons. A great band! They don’t make them like this anymore. Looking forward to seeing all of you!”

The co-headlining tour is scheduled to kickoff on September 13 in Baltimore, Maryland and will hit twelve cities across the U.S. before wrapping on October 9 in San Diego, California. Additionally, STP is set to play a few solo dates along the way, headlining festivals both during and after the co-headliner.

While this bill promises to entertain all fans alike, it is hard to imagine what songs the legendary Stone Temple Pilots will add to their setlist for this 2019 fall leg. Known as pioneers in the grunge rock scene of the late 80s and early 90s, STP have countless hits in their large music repertoire. With seven full studio albums under their belt, STP will have to pick and choose which songs they feel will most represent both their legacy and current sound.

Fortunately, if you're looking for some hints, we’re here to make our own STP setlist predictions for their upcoming co-headlining tour. Check them out!
