Concert of the Day: Bob Weir 18-Song Setlist in Wallingford 2019

ATTN Deadheads! You don't want to miss out on tonight's Weir Wednesday, as Bob Weir has announced it will be the last concert stream before going on a brief hiatus.

"Weir Wednesday is back this week before we take a brief hiatus. This week, we’re taking things back to the 2019 Spring Tour with a rebroadcast of Bob Weir and Wolf Bros March 2nd show Live at Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford, CT. Tune in Wednesday evening at 8pm ET / 5pm PT on nugs.tv and Facebook for FREE."

Tonight's stream will be of an 18-song set performed by Weir & Wolf Bros on their spring tour last year, 2019, which feels so long ago as we live through a 2020 with no concerts.

To get you prepped up in proper dead fashion, we're sharing some setlist golden nuggets to get you amped for tonight's concert stream.

The Oakdale Theatre show offered an intimate evening with OG Grateful Dead guitarist and vocalist Bobby Weir, backed by the Wolf Bros. They performed an 18-song set of stripped back versions of Dead licks, and then some.

Eight of those songs are Grateful Dead cuts, including Set 1 opener "Bertha" and closing encore "Brokedown Palace." Deeper cuts like "Corrina" and "Let It Grow" also made it into the set, along with more popular jams like "Touch of Grey" and "China Cat Sunflower."

The trio also worked in covers like Jerry Garcia's "Loser" and Henry Whitter's "Going Down the Road Feelin' Bad." Bobby also treated fans to Ratdog's "Two Djinns" and not one, but TWO Bob Dylan cuts - "When I Paint My Masterpiece" and "She Belongs to Me."
