The Town Hall meeting kicked off with Soccer Mommy performing “Circle the Drain.” Following this performance, Bernie Sanders answered a variety of questions surrounding the current Coronavirus pandemic. Then it was time for Justin Vernon to hit the virtual stage.

He performed a four-song set including a debut of a new Bon Iver Song and a Bob Dylan cover.

Vernon opened with the band’s song “Towers” off of their self-titled LP Bon Iver, Bon Iver and the title track off their recently reissued EP Blood Bank. Then, Vernon transitioned into performing the band’s song “Blood Bank” off of the same EP.

“Blood Bank” is one of Bon Iver’s most-performed songs. It is in their top five most played of all time at 256 times over their career. “Towers” has also been performed consistently by the band and is in their top ten most-played at 211 times.

Next came the live debut of Bon Iver’s new song titled “Things Behind Things Behind Things.”

To close the set Vernon covered Bob Dylan’s “With God on Our Side.”
