During opening night (April 12) in Newkirk, Oklahoma, lead singer David Coverdale entranced fans with his vast vocal range and ability performing hits from over the years, deep cuts, and even brand new songs from their upcoming Flesh & Blood release! Of the 14-wholesome tracks that made the setlist, Coverdale & Co. live debuted the album's lead single "Shut Up & Kiss Me," along with follow-up singles "Trouble Is Your Middle Name" and "Hey You (You Make Me Rock)."

Whitesnake even teased more tracks from their upcoming album including never-before-heard tracks "Get Up" and "Gonna Be Alright," which rocked crowds toward the beginning of their set. Just as Coverdale tweeted shortly after the show, it was definitely not too shabby for the band's opening night!

Not only did Whitesnake live debut new material, they also took time to pay homage to the tracks that got them past walking along the lonely street of dreams! The band managed to celebrate the magic of their most successful albums 1987's Saints & Sinners and 1984's Slide It In.

Right from the get-go, Whitesnake kicked off their set with Saints & Sinners track "Bad Boys" along with their Slide It In self-titled track before moving into their new Flesh & Blood singles. Whether you have been a fan since 1981 or became one this year, the band makes sure to touch upon their top-tier tracks to give fans everywhere the ultimate classic rock show.

Expect a combination of their popular albums, with classic staple hits like "Is This Love," "Give Me All Your Love," and "Here I Go Again," towards the end of their set. Not only does the band save the very best for last, but Coverdale saves his greatest vocal achievements for the very end. For the encore, Whitesnake close with fan-favorite hit "Still of the Night," which is their second most live-played track to date, just falling short of "Here I Go Again" with 753 plays!
