The fourth annual Air + Style snowboard/skateboard/music festival kicked off on March 3rd in Exposition Park at the Los Angeles Coliseum. The stacked 20-artist lineup for the two-day (March 3-4) event featured headlining sets from popular artists like Zedd, Phoenix and Gucci Mane. The weekend also included an omnivorous mix of performances from Cashmere Cat, Mura Masa, Cut Copy, DRAM, Mija, Badbadnotgood, GRiZ, Phantogram, Tinashe, and Washed Out.
The event included snowboarding and skateboarding competitions. Some of the skilled professional athletes that showed up to compete included pro-skateboarders Cory Juneau, Pedro Barros and CJ Collins. Pro-snowboarders included Zak Hale, Louif Paradis and Anto Chamberlin, to name a few.
Indie-pop band Phoenix kicked off their 16-song setlist with their 2017 track "J-Boy" from their sixth studio album Ti Amo. The French rockers concluded their set with "Ti amo di più" which is a reprise of Ti Amo, the second track from the album, in which frontman Thomas Mars concludes the set to the beat and chorus by crowd surfing. Greenwich, New York natives Phantogram perfumed a 12-song setlist at Air + Style. The duo opened their performance with "You're Mine," from their third studio album which was released in 2016's Three. The group also performed additional tracks from the album, including "Same Old Blues," "You Don't Get Me High Anymore," "Answer," and "Run Run Blood." Check out Phantogram's complete setlist below.
