Blue Öyster Cult is currently on their 2019 North American Tour and fans of all ages and walks of life are making their way around the country to see these hitmakers perform. Formed in the late '60s, the guys went through a variety of names and representation before landing on the iconic name we know them as today. Throughout much of the '70s, '80s and '90s, the group dominated the charts with their hits  “(Don’t Fear) The Reaper” and  “Burnin’ for You,” and while some of the faces may have changed over the years, Blue Oyster Cult has always remained a staple in the classic rock genre.

With a catalog that spanned from 1972 to 2001, the guys obviously have plenty to work with. Kicking the night off with the “Game of Thrones” theme song, the band arrives in style. Comprised of dual frontmen, singer-guitarists Eric Bloom, 73, and Donald “Buck Dharma” Roeser, 70, these guys have clearly eluded the infamous Reaper they sing about so often and both are still in game shape. Backed by longtime guitarist Richie Castellano, bassist Danny Miranda and drummer Jules Radino, BOC delivers the songs the way you want to hear them.

How long have the setlists been?

The 100-minute set is comprised of their extensive discography, consisting of "Dr. Music," "Tattoo Vampire," "The Vigil," "Godzilla" and much more.

How many encore songs do they perform?

They don't consistently perform an encore, but their most recent show had one consisting of 4 songs, featuring "Hot Rails to Hell," "Harvester of Eyes," Perfect Water" and "Cities on Flame With Rock and Roll."

Has the set been the same every night?

The setlist's remain mostly the same with just slight changes, mostly around the encore.

How about covers?

No covers, however with an epic entrance with the help of one of the worlds leading television series, they don't need much else to spice up the show.

Sadly, not yet.
