Add Setlist vs Setlist Requests

Why are there two ways of adding a setlist? What is the difference between the two?

The setlist requests forum is meant for people who would like to draw attention to a setlist that e.g. lacks songs. Or if they can't remember the exact date or location of a date.
The “Add setlist” link is the only way to really add setlists to the database.

Thanks. Is there anyway for a user to see the setlists they created? I created a few but didn't realize that after creating one, you still had add I WAS THERE to it and I can't remember all the ones I added so I can go back and add that.
I made a suggestion in the forum that on a user's Concerts page, add a tab for Setlists that lists all the setlists that user created. Could also include setlists that the user edited.

There is a list of all of your edits, this means setlists you've created and edited. Just click on the number next to “Edits so far” on your profile. This will lead you to your edits search result
